tballora Hi Michelle! I am so sorry. This has never happened to me but I just received news from another buyer that I switched the shipping labels on your shoes. Another buyer got your shoes and you will get her bag. I’m working on fixing the issue. Once again I’m very sorry.

tballora @lotusmeesh22 I did. They haven’t gotten back to me. I was actually at the post office when I got the message that she received your shoes and since I shipped the other package on Saturday it still said pending scan. I asked them to look for the package but they couldn’t find it. I asked Poshmark if I could purchase new shipping labels and send them to you and that way you can just send them to each other instead of sending back to me. I wish there was DM on here and I’d figure it out myself.
