bergertwins Michele I mailed your creative memories item the day you purchased it. I do not see it tracking. This has happened to me before and my customer Did receive it. So can you let me know as soon as you receive it. Since you are a posher also has this ever happened to you? Thanks Dee

bergertwins @michele30044 Michelle I went in person today with tracking # told them I could not find it . They gave me some paper showing it has been received always a COVID issue so at least we know it is not lost. Unfortunately all we can do is wait. So sorry:( Out of our control now...

If there is mailing issues you can cancel your order. I will reach out again to Posh I guess we wait or have you Cancel.. so sorry.
