cyndls Hi Michelle... Thanks again for purchasing the Gucci Moccasins. Ur opinion is ur own but I don’t believe rating 2 stars qualifies ur whole purchase experience. How u received the shoes was just as u saw in the pictures & my description. I didn’t misrepresent how the shoes conditions were. Furthermore, these are NOT Ferragamo so ur comparison to size is irrelevant. I have owned plenty of Gucci & Ferragamo shoes & I’ve always had to go half a size bigger when it comes to Ferragamo
