feda2424 Hi, sorry again for this to happen on your first purchase poshmark has no return policy in most cases but this item was damaged in shipping process hopefully they approve it in your case if they approve it. I think they will send you a rerun label with all the information but for now unfortunately we just wait for poshmark to get back to us 💕
