sonia3031j I was informed that your package was scanned delivered but you haven't received it yet, mabey you could call or visit your local post office it may he there. This has happened to me before .it said it was delivered and It wasnt.. it was at the post office.

punkiepinkies @smermi66 I have no idea honey but all I know to do is go up to my local post carrier and see if they can further assist us, this has happened to me before but I didn't have another one in stock so if nothing else I can always ship you the other one. I'll let u know what I find out today, absolutely crazy and I'm so sorry it's like it went and made it to a certain point then just stopped!

punkiepinkies Hi it's punkiepinkies, ok so I haven't heard a word back from poshmark I'm extremely aggravated at this point and sent them yet another nasty email in reference to ur order, will u please forward me directly ur shipping address same as my name just send it to Gmail but punkiepinkies@gmail.com is my email send me ur address so I can take action on and get my customer her order, this is ridiculous, I'm so sorry

punkiepinkies Also as soon as I ship this one out to you I will forward ur tracking info directly to ur email address, have they responded back to you??? I've literally emailed them three times already but this last time I even told them look if u aren't going to do anything at least send me a prepaid shipping label so I can make this right as I do strongly care about all my customers orders!!!!

punkiepinkies @smermi66 yea that's not acceptable bc we can see that there have been delays however, it states it was in transit to the next faciltiy yet that was on the 24th then nothing after so almost a week has gone by and at this point it should have popped back up on the radar

punkiepinkies @smermi66 I appreciate that but I truly stand behind and back my inventory but again most importantly I value all my customers business and this has not been addressed with the least bit of professionalism in their part but I do apologize in the carrier's behalf as well as how poshmark is handling or lack thereof I should say!
