pollyzpie @michelemurazzi Hello, I'm unsure why you changed your five star rating to only one--especially several days later. Was this a mistake by chance? I shipped the clean, like-new bag, well packaged, immediately, and responded to all questions quickly. I even accepted your offer that was lower than my lowest to help work with you. Can you please explain or fix the rating? I appreciate it. Thank you!

pollyzpie @michelemurazzi I'm so sorry that happened! :( Was it the hardware or the leather? I have no idea how that would have occurred since it was an item I never used. It sounds like it might be a manufacture defect? I've never had that happen with any of my Kate Spade items, especially the full retail ones.

pollyzpie @michelemurazzi Unfortunately, there's no way to do that at this point and I'm not the manufacturer to be able to offer any kind of replacement or repair. Depending on the issue, a cobbler may be able to help. With it being the leather at the hardware, they should be able to fix it. I've never tried, but Kate Spade may even be able to help? Some companies might. As mentioned, I've never had this happen, especially with a new item. :( I have no control over this situation or the bag after use.

pollyzpie @michelemurazzi Sadly, the ratings of sellers are about us fulfilling the transaction appropriately. Rating me based on the craftsmanship of another company is totally out of my control as a private individual. Again, I'm very sorry this happened. I hope it can be repaired because it's a gorgeous bag. I would think a cobbler could fix it with ease and relatively cheaply.
