I'm not sure what I could have done differently, as the correct size and measurements were both posted in the listing, but I'm open to friendly suggestions. michelearogers I sent you a message about them as soon as I received them. I have purchased many boots and shoes on this site and have not ever had this problem. They were obviously a small narrow boot. I could not even get my foot into them. I gave them to my neighbor who is a size 8 and she could not get them on either.

carmenstarnes Just wondering why you gave your purchase a 4 star rating. You mentioned that there were 2 chips, but my description stated it had flaws and to look at every photo as the photos showed the chips. I feel the 4 star rating is pretty unfair to me because the photos showed everything.
