michytong @allinmycloset Great timing! I just returned from the post office. The tracking info should show up soon. It's a gorgeous bag! My mom's been clearing out her closets (lots of circa 90s) and I would've kept it if I wasn't trying to clear out my closets too😄

michytong @allinmycloset I opened a case on Monday with USPS #13012819. I missed a call from the Porter TX post office yesterday - they didn't leave a message. I've been trying to call them for the past 2 days and only get and auto message and no live person. Would it be possible for you to check with them in person?

allinmycloset @michytong they only have details for the shipper or mailer - I have tried that already- I guess you will have to try to get a hold of them later. Sorry 😐

michytong @allinmycloset I just spoke with someone at the Porter PO and they unfortunately had no updates. She said that the last time it was scanned was on the 7/21 when it was en route. She said that most likely it is either stuck somewhere affected by delays, or label has been damaged to be unreadable. I asked if a 10 day time-frame (I shipped on 7/19) is really unusual - and she said its not that unusual considering what is going on these days...So not really helpful news😔

allinmycloset @michytong we will have to wait I think till 8/3 - I’m just sorry more for your side - the insurance is $100 I think - but you can check that out with poshmark- I have had delays before but nothing like this. Thanks for trying though! 🤞🙏

michytong @allinmycloset Sigh...insurance might only be $50...Mostly I am sad about the bag. it was in truly pristine condition. I did wrap it in tissue and plastic so hoping that it turns up safe🙏🙏🙏
