boohouston @licapge Sorry to bombard you with messages. I am fairly new to purchases and I have never done a bundle before. There was a notification that it's running later than normal and I'm so sorry about that. It says that the current status is that it's on the delivery truck headed to the destination, you. I know you want to wear it tomorrow so I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that you get it later this afternoon.

boohouston @sgdc1930 Ok, I am glad there is a little flexibility but it kind of bothers me when we pay a higher amount for 2-day shipping and it doesn't get that timeframe honored. Like you, I realize that shipping is taking longer.

boohouston @sgdc1930 Hi, I just looked at the tracking number and it doesn't say DELIVERED. I called USPS to get info and they said it's available for pick-up. I asked why it wasn't delivered and they are assigning me a service request number. They told me to let you know this number of 31224209.

The tracking status also does not day DELIVERED. I asked if I can file a claim to get your postage refunded and they said that it doesn't qualify. Please let me know if you are able to pick this up or not. I am so sorry for this inconvenience.

sgdc1930 No, they will be delivering it tomorrow or Sat. They don't hold our mail there for pick up. It's not your fault. Our post office is a mess these days, unfortunately. I should have confirmed how you'd send so I could have asked for UPS or Fed Ex. USPS is just totally unreliable these days here.

I got an email from USPS that someone is going to call me. I am going to tell them about this because I think it's horrible that you paid for 2-day and it'll be a week!

sgdc1930 Thank you. SO I tracked it again today and it says they are holding it. I've never heard of such. I'll pick it up when I am back home. And no worries I am going to another game in November and it may feel better then as it is 82 degrees in Auburn this weekend where the game is. Too hot!

sgdc1930 I arrived home late last night and it was here. Good news is, it was 82 degrees at the game this weekend so I could not have worn it. It was hot like summer. I am going to another in November so it will be perfect. Thank you again. Great communication and nicely delivered package.
