dmariabella @shllyjllyblly Oh I’m so sorry regarding the surgery! I do hope you have a speedy recovery! I did contact Poshmark already and I also contacted the person who the package was sent to. I’m so grateful you got back to me thank you so much. Okay so my next move is to call the usps where I shipped it from and I will bring them the correct shipping label to you and see what can be done. I will continue to keep you updated. dmariabella @shllyjllyblly Oh my how awful. I do hope you start to feel better soon. I actually may also be needing one as well believe it or not. I have that endometriosis and amenorrhea which is no menstruation since 2012. My mother died of uterine cancer and so did her grandmother so I want to take any precautions I can. I do not have any children and I believe I can not have any either. It saddens me but I want to take care of my body and health. Our health is most important

dmariabella @shllyjllyblly so as an update as well. I have contacted usps and they suggested doing a package intercept which I tried online at the website and it wouldn’t allow me. So I contacted Poshmark twice and I also contacted the recipient of your package and I’m still waiting for both to get back to me? I had a lot of things going on yesterday and when I went into email printed out the wrong one SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️

dmariabella @shllyjllyblly Hi Michele so I have some good news and some bad news. First posh support got back to me and asked for the order numbers from both parties. I have that to them and I’m waiting for a new response. They did say they have a process for this. I also just spoke to the woman whom I shipped it to by mistake and her daughter opened the package and didn’t know since it was addressed to her. She also contacted support to. I’m going to contact them again and see if you will be refunded

I do have to say that the woman told me that her daughter received the package and not only opened the box but your card and your shirt and I’m not sure if she opened the free gift I sent as well. dmariabella @shllyjllyblly Ohh Noo! Listen accidents don’t happen. You can do the same as I did. Send posh support an email they will ask for the order numbers and then email the correct shipping label to the person who received it and then they will forward it to the correct address. The lady who received your package said she got the new shipping label and will send the package.

I went to the post office today and asked them if they could track the package since I wasn’t able to. The man said they sent a different tracking number but I’m not able to see it’s history? TIA
