msnicethings12 @sehenkel Hi Stephanie, how are your? I pray all is well. ??? Is there anything I can do when knowing I received an unfair rating. Not even sure why someone would be so malicious. I added a note to the item sold. asking how getting a brand new item, bubble, tissue and plastic rapped with a Thank you Note and free gift, (what I have done for all my sells) warrants 1 star. I'm just really baffled and annoyed as I pride myself in sending others nothing less than what I would want. Thanks

sehenkel @msnicethings12 It is baffling! I think some people are just not happy with themselves. I just had a similar situation. I sent out a brand new trilogy set of books and they sent me a low rating. One of my first low ratings. It was hard for me To erase that memory. Some people just want more. Try and forget it. Know that you’re a good person. Stephanie
