kymleibham I purchased the Kuhl shorts from you & I received them today. Unfortunately, the package was opened some kind of citrus chemical was spilled all over the packaging and product. I have photos which I submitted to Poshmark. The package was re-wrapped in another large plastic bag. The label was unreadable due to whatever spilled on it. I washed the shorts, but whatever spilled on the product wont wash out. The shorts are not useable. I recommended neither of us are penalized. I'll keep you updated

mccall_michele @kymleibham I just looked it up. You need to file a claim and a concern regarding the chemicals and damage to the the shorts.

kymleibham Just an update, customer service got back to me overnight, but completely mis-read my question and request. I have a very full day, but I will definitely be filing a claim. Again, will keep you posted.

kymleibham I am in the process of filing the USPS claim, but it is asking for the mailer name and address. Can you share, then I can submit the claim to USPS. Normally, the shipper completes the claim.

kymleibham @mccall_michele I did not have a reply during the night. I did get an auto email about the delayed shipping, but likely the reason the shipping shows delayed is because the label was nearly unreadable & can't scan. It seems odd someone can't manually show receipt. I'm going to take the package & shorts & my claim to my local post office today so see if I can get additional help

kymleibham I went to the post office today with the product & packaging and was told I will receive a letter about my claim. At that point I will be asked to bring the product & packaging to my local post office for examination. Hopefully this doesn't take too long. I should have asked if it was ok that I made the claim and not the sender. But I paid for the shipping, so it should be fine. I am going to try and accept the order so you get paid.
