trishmwalters @czeiss04 not sure how to nesssge you. I received my item today and post office charged me $18.65 because you mailed in PRIORITY EXPRESS flat rate envelope. Can you refund me that amount? They said you aren’t permitted to put regular priority mail label on EXPRESS flat rate envelope.
