simmonsca @michelinemagoua reiterate the rules that all transactions must go through Poshmark. If they would like the item it will be available only for sale on the site and thank them for following the Poshmark rules. If they found the item on Poshmark that is where it needs to be sold at as you may never get paid or scammed dealing from off the site.

simmonsca @michelinemagoua the buyer needed to make sure they have the correct address in the system. I'd reach out to Poshmark or maybe the buyer first since they have to make sure their address is correct.

michelinemagoua @simmonsca hey simonsca I have a problem. please I write on my bundle 15% for 3 or more item but a buyer just send me to bundle the shoe and I put 20% but the prize it is not ever what I bought the shoe. how can I refuse the sell?

simmonsca @michelinemagoua click on the order. there should be somewhere on there where you can cancel it. I cannot remember off the top if my head at the moment.. I had to cancel an order once I had sold it.
