honnieb Hi Michelle. I packaged the garment bag at the post office as I didn’t have a large enough box and I wanted to make sure the package wasn’t over 5lb limit. PO could only provide a large square box. I had to fold the bag. I’m sure the garment bag will be fine once you take it out of the box 👍

aunt_chelle_ric @honnieb I am very disappointed to read that you folded the garment bag leather to squeeze into a USPO box. I spent a lot of money for a non-damaged item.

honnieb @aunt_chelle_ric It will not be damaged however, you may return the package or it may be easier to refuse the package. Ill see what I can do from my end. You need to be confident and happy with all Posh purchases.
