toyebanji Sorry to hear one of the shoes broke 😥. Posh isn’t like eBay so all transactions are directly through Poshmark. Had I know they would break, I would of never should them. I purchased at Kohl’s brand new and they have been in the box since sitting in my closet. I have never worn the shoes as illustrated in the picture nor did I glue them( like I said they have been in the box). Manufacturers use glue to hold them together...Steve Madden shoes the same way (had the same thing happen).
