vanillammm Hi! I received the diaper backpack today. Thank you for the fast shipping. Unfortunately the bag arrived with a broken zipper on the main compartment and a missing zipper pull on the smaller compartment. Those things along with other details like the stains and holes worn through the corners of the bag don’t really meet the description of “great condition” so I will be asking Poshmark to approve a return.

vanillammm I really wanted the bag and tried to justify keeping it despite the flaws, but the broken zipper on the main compartment really is a deal breaker. I am so sorry, and I hope you understand.

martimimartin @vanillammm I’m sorry I did not realize the zipper was broken. I haven’t used it in quite some time and when I listed it it looked fine. I am sorry for the inconvenience and I am happy to do whatever I need to to refund/return the bag.
