Hey Michelle I wanted to tell you that my pitbull got a hold of the strap therefore I had to replace it with a Picasso leather strap, if you are not happy with the bag and the Picasso strap please keep the bag as my compliments and enjoy it with no charge whatsoever and we can reverse the charge and I hope you love the bag anyway I am so sorry for any inconvenience
