I’m usually a medium in bottoms and can fit size 4-10 depending on the brand. 4 in super stretch rockstars and /6/8 in other old navy bottoms depending on the fit and 8/10 in H&M (they run small since they’re European sizes. If there’s a specific brand you prefer, I can tell you what size I wear!
