kvw77 @missshell814 Yes, they are there are 7 notches so plenty of options. It is beautiful u will luv it! I actually bought it for my niece and I paid 62.00 for it they marked it down by mistake but she had the identical one in black already that's why I really had to get enough to cover the gas at least to pack and ship it otherwise I could just return it but I hated to it was such a good deal! I have more room on Kate Spade I could do 70.00 if that helps.

missshell814 @kvw77 well i recently had a baby and at first i had these cute diaper bags but then i found myself packing for a vacation for her just to go out for one day lol , my first lol but after a couple months carrying bags on my shoulder then bringing her in the house ,it takes a toll on you , so i figured let me try a stylish backpack 😉

Yess those Recycled bags are the best for grocery too i do have one of these in the baby carriage basket !! kvw77 @missshell814 Hi, I’m so sorry to hear about the bag breaking, I am not sure if I still have the receipt but I will certainly look for you and I know it would be on my credit card statement so if I can’t find the receipt maybe I can make the call to lucky for u using that. Thanks for the well wishes but this holiday is not the greatest my mom passed away a few weeks ago so will be a very sad one this year. I will get back to you this weekend and see what we can do! kvw77 @missshell814 Hi, I have looked everywhere for the receipt but I’m guessing I threw it out. I typically only keep them 60 days. I did find the number for lucky corporate but no answer today so I will try tomorrow with my credit card receipt and let u know. Fingers crossed 🤞

kvw77 @missshell814 I just spoke with lucky, they don’t make it easy 😲. What I need from you is a photo of the damage on the bag and a photo of the inside of the bag with the brand. Once I get that I have to send an email with proof of purchase and explanation of what’s needed. They will review and get back to me within 3 to 5 business days so fingers crossed!
