thepicketfence My apologies, it doesn't notify me when you leave a message on your own page. I notified Poshmark like I stated I would. They asked for photos of what I received back from the post office which I did. I have not heard back from them.

thepicketfence @hartleym26 Also, since you rated me it may show that you accepted the order. Poshmark takes a few days to resolve issues, but you probably are also going to contact them. Issuing a refund is beyond my control, I notified Poshmark of the issue and they are the only ones who will do so. I understand your frustrated, so am I. I have completed all of the necessary steps that Poshmark has asked for.
