I try to add more bubble wrap and paper to avoid any damage on the items and try to put extra tape to avoid opening or anything going inside the box. I was hoping the video I included, which was taken outdoors in broad daylight, would avoid any confusion. I will take your feedback and make adjustments to my listings. Regarding returning the boots and getting a refund, I contacted Poshmark’s Help Support. It may take them three to four days to get back to me.

michulenga1825 @mandyberlin54 I just discovered the seller tools this week and the call to action is a great suggestion. Thank you!! I don’t find Poshmark a good avenue to make serious money. It’s been a great way for me to de clutter and make extra cash though. My other two small side opportunities have been more promising for me though

michulenga1825 @mandyberlin54 I completely understand. I’ve received purchases that left me in such poor taste. Clothing looked dirty or had dog/cat hair. Sometimes with my printed label placed on top of a prior label. This one Posher was pissed at me because I gave her a 3 star and she was pressuring me to change it to 5 when I left her a comment that her packaging can use some improvement. I refused to change once she it became rude and sarcastic.

berlin54 @michulenga1825 I’ve noticed that as well, people getting defense when receiving a not so good rating. I try to rate well, but if the clothes smell or are dirty then I want other buyers to be aware, you know?
