hteisha75 @wmichelle1 Hi, I see that one package was delivered Tuesday and I'm currently working with USPS to get the other package located and delivered. However, I received an email from Poshmark stating you could not locate the package that was delivered on 11/4/2019. I've contacted USPS regarding the issue, and they will investigate the problem. Because they are saying it was delivered to the correct address. I will keep you updated.

wmichelle1 Hi! Unfortunately I have not received my order, Michael Kors Skylar Pink Booties. I live on the 20th floor in a large building. As a rule if UPS or any delivering company finds a resident not home a paper with the delivery attempt is left. There has been no notice at my apartment. Perhaps if they can tell you who it was left with and apartment number it was supposedly left at ( my apt # is 20F). If not found will I be reimbursed? Waiting to hear from you. Thank you! Sorry for the inconvenience. Also, Did you get your refund for the "Delivered" package? I have no idea what's going with the Postal Service because I shipped 5 packages that day and yours was 1 day delivery, so I don't know how they delivered everyone else's packages; but lost yours.
