buttermilkfinds Michelle, it looks like there’s been a mixup and packaging and it appears I sent you a pair of Sam Edelman shoes instead of the shorts you ordered. Could you confirm receipt of the shoes and I will contact Poshmark to get this straightened out so each of you gets the correct package. Thank you I appreciate your working with me on this. buttermilkfinds Hello again Michelle. It appears that your shorts in advertently went to someone else and she also received her shoes. My only guess is I incorrectly printed out two labels with her name on it instead of one with hers and one was yours. I’m contacting posh Mark to ask them to send her a label so you can get your shorts as quickly as possible. This is an unacceptable mistake and I do apologize.

I’ve reached out to posh Mark support to ask them if they could authorize a shipping label to be sent to the person who received your shorts so she can ship them directly to you. I’ll let you know the outcome, this is never happened before but I do suspect poshMark will be reaching out to you as well. Again my apologies.
