ritapruthi I have contacted Poshmark and they confirmed delivery and released funds. You mentioned that you didn’t receive my shipment which doesn’t make sense. I stand by all shipments which is why I have a 5 star rating. I went above and beyond and also sent you a gift. Unfortunately we will not be doing business again.

mschroed @ritapruthi Hey! I’m sorry I didn’t see this until now. I also contacted Poshmark. I believe you are a reputable seller and at this point I think the delivery was possibly stolen or messed up by whichever company delivered it. I’m sorry for giving you a poor rating, I was a bit frustrated in the moment. I actually ordered that bikini top from you and the exact same top from a different seller— the other one somehow made it to me without any issues. I’ll change my rating on your profile.

That was incredibly nice of you and I’m sorry for the 1 star review, I just didn’t know what to do in the moment. I’ve changed it now and I plan on calling Poshmark support.

ritapruthi @mschroed now i feel super bad! I'm going to contact Poshmark and follow up. I am so bummed about all of this. My guess is that it got delivered to another address by mistake because it I received a notice that the swimsuit was delivered. I'll look into this and get back to you.
