venusnova @yoanag1 so today the package was returned to my address. At this point, I am going to contact posh and make them issue you a full refund. I have never dealt with a situation like this before, and i am never ever going to try and sell nail polish again, this has been a nightmare! I will keep you uo to date with whatever i hear from posh, and if you could contact them too and ask for a refund as well im sure that would help move things along faster for you.
