I wanted to apologize for the shipping taking so long on your purchase, I shipped it I believe 3 days after you ordered but I've been watching the tracking and it has been in transit for several days now! mclaverol @dizzee hi! thanks for the kind words! The Ann Taylor ponte pants are great. I have several of them in my closet and wear them every day for work. They dress up or down in a flash. Lol. I would suggest you take the product to any authorized Coach dealer. This bag was purchased in New Jersey from a Coach retail store the same store that the cleaner and moisturizer that was gifted with this bag came from.
