Ive looked into this order , I ship hundreds of orders a day and cannot remember every detail of every order but the swimsuit she sent back was missing it’s tags the swimsuit protective liner was removed and the suit was damaged sequins were all over the inside of the box. I had to throw it away. I will be opening a case.

@pinkbowsnbling I was here when she opened the bathing suit and discovered it was the wrong item. She put it back in the package and contacted you. She NEVER tried the suit on, NEVER removed the tags or the liner, and certainly did not damage the suit in anyway. Since you send hundreds of items per day, and can't remember every detail, perhaps you don't remember the condition the suit was in when you sent it out.

The facts are this, you had an item that my daughter wanted so she made an offer that you accepted. You sent the wrong item. She informed you of your mistake and followed your instructions about waiting for the return label and sending the item back. Then she sees the item for sale again. She tried to make you another offer however you had blocked her. I made an offer on her behalf that you declined. You then blocked me from responding or making further offers.

All you had to do was send the correct item that she purchased from you. and for the record my daughter took a photo of the bathing suit and sent it to poshmark along with her refund case so they have evidence that the item was clearly not damaged.
