afrayer @ziemom69 hmm... I didn't get a notification saying you accepted yet. When clicking on your purchased it should say accept or if you scroll down say open a case. You will have to describe the issue and provide photos to prove it but it will get reviewed from poshmark and I will comment saying I am willing to accept the return.

ziemom69 I definitely accepted it because it will not let me open a case. I sent an email to PoshMark right after it happened but I think they are out until Monday. Should I just mail it back to you?

afrayer @ziemom69 poshmark is pretty good about this stuff. They should get back to you within one to two days,!especially if you are newer. Just keep me posted and we can go from there.

ziemom69 @afrayer PoshMark told me they cannot reverse the transaction because the funds have been released. Would you please contact them? I think that it might help in getting them to create a return label if you verify that you are ok with me returning the coat.

ziemom69 @afrayer I've got a couple of ideas if they will not issue a return label. I do like some of your other items and was wondering about purchasing something that is comparable in price and you could discount the item for what I paid for the coat . That way I can just return the coat in the box of the new item I purchase. Thoughts or advice?

afrayer @ziemom69 Hi! I can definitely try to email poshmark. If I reach out that might help. The only worry I have about sending another item and then returning it, is that you need to prove something is wrong with it, not that it just worked out. This sweater coat is a rare piece that usually sells for more, so you could always try to sell it. You probably would even make money off of it too depending on the platform you use.

afrayer Unfortunately, I have made this same mistake multiple times since joining poshmark and once I accept, I know there isn't much I can do and I try to resell it or just absorb the costs. 😔 I will definitely contact poshmark and get back to you!

ziemom69 @afrayer if PoshMark can’t help with a return label can I ship it back to you and you can send whatever money you got from my purchase. Hopefully we will get a resolution from PoshMark. I’ve never sold on here before and am not yet comfortable doing so. I’m sure you’d be able to sell it before I could!
