There are all kinds of people in this world lol so since you brought that up, sometimes buyers will passive aggressively show they were disappointed and leave you with a bad review instead of saying something to you in the message section. A bad review could be from THEM not knowing their size and being upset, it could be because you said something was 2" and they measure and it is 2 1/2" and get upset.

@aliciableo It could be over simple things or big things so when posting things just try and be as accurate as possible with like everything (a very tiny stain, that is as small as a pen point) like EVERYTHING!

@aliciableo Now shipping, Merc gives the little help guide so you know by weight how to ship out an item. Say you have a pair of boots that you have listed for $15 well Merc says ship them with a $9 shipping label so now either you or yor buyer is going to have $9 instead of paying for the $6 shipping label. The $6 shipping label gives you up to 5lbs to ship. On Merc it says it gives up to 3lbs but when you print that $6 shipping label out, the label itself says 5lbs on it.

@aliciableo Another thing in line with the whole shipping is the $6, $9, and high shipping labels are sent USPS Priority Mail which means that you can go into your local Post Office and get FREE Priority Mailing Boxes! This is a plus because then you don't have to go looking around your house for boxes to ship things out in. They have them in all kinds of sizes, now something to keep in mind when you get these boxes is

@aliciableo DO NOT ship out in the boxes that say FLAT RATE those are "no-no" boxes. You will want to pick the boxes that say MAILING BOX. It can be just a tad difficult telling the difference between the Flat Rate and Regular Mailing Box because they look so much alike and they are normally in the same area as each other. To find out which box is correct just look on the front under where it says Priority Mail and make sure it says just MAILING BOX!

@aliciableo The whole Flat Rate vs Mailing Box is very very important because those aren't the free ones and if you ship out in the Flat Rate you will later recieve a bill from the Post Office with a big total! I know this because it happened to me 😩 I am about to eat so I will give a couple more tips when I am done, hope what I have said so far is helpful and easy to understand... If not let me know! @aliciableo Oh no problem! I have 3 other things that popped into my head and then I think that's all I have! Let's say you are selling a head band. It would be more beneficial for you to sell the item at your desired price and mark it with free shipping , then when it asks how you want to ship, scroll down to ship it myself. At the Post Office you can send anything under 13oz First Class.

@aliciableo If the head band only weighs 3oz you can send it First Class for $2.45 instead of sending out with Mercs $4 shipping label. If you send it that way, you have to use your own packaging but you can get a pack of 2 bubble mailers from the Dollar Store for a dollar which is good!

If someone says something nasty or you make a deal with someone for a cheaper price and they never get back to you, you can delete comments by tapping 'View all comments' in the top right hand corner there is a flag, tap the flag and it gives an option to delete comments or flag them if they are inappropriate

@aliciableo Lastly, people that decide they want to lie. 😩😔 I have a girl currently that is saying she never received my package. I have proof that it was delivered in her mailbox yesterday at 1:31pm. If people lie and say stuff like that contact Merc as soon as possible by tapping the item, scroll to the very bottom where it says seller FAQ and the prompts will help you get in contact with someone.

@aliciableo Girl I know! On here I had a girl who purchased something from me but she was out of town and someone stole her package smh but she filed a police report which was good 👐 On Merc, the buyer has 3 days after delievery to rate you.
