edbuhy @msltoe15 Hi hun I understand the bag you received from authentication department was not packed as I originally packed and that breaks my heart because I tried my best to pack it with care.I don’t understand what is indentation but I do assure you that bag was never used also authentication service also inspect well the condition and if they find imperfection they will bring to yours and mine attention.I’m happy that beautiful bag is in your hands and you value and appreciate the beauty🌸

thelouisgasm @msltoe15 the return just arrived with the box in shambles. The entire bottom was pushed in and appears a USPS debacle. I received the folder and the gift back. The bag is MIA. Hopefully USPS will handle this. Again, I’m so sorry that it didn’t work out.
