I don't understand why you opened a case against me without even discussing your issue with the item. Posh stated your claim was wrong size? I have proof in my pictures that the tag says size 29. I listed the exact measurements in the description area for comparison to your own body. If you return it, I'd like it in the exact same excellent condition it was when I sent it. Thank you.

@goensshopping this was my first time ever using PM. Not really sure how it all works. I did not say the waist size was wrong it seems like the inseam is shorter. I only say that because I own the same jeans myself and they are definitely longer on me. I apologize for any inconvenience and of course I would return them exactly how I received them. I tried them on and put right back in mailing envelope

@elliesola I understand what you're explaining and unfortunately I've ran into alot of bad apples that do things to scam others. I was afraid that it was happening again and for that I apologize. I did measure the inseam and it was 29" I'm length as my description stated. But if they don't fit you and ypu return them in exact condition I sent, I'm more than happy to accept them. It's just proper Poshmark etiquette to try and reach out to the seller first, that's all. This actually is my very first time EVER having a case opened against me and I was stressed and terrified. I apologize if I came on a bit strong but unfortunately the bad apples out there ruin the trust of the good people out there. Thank you for responding, I really appreciate the explanation and reassurance.

@elliesola I'm honestly not sure, you can return them if you're not satisfied and can't wear them. I'll accept them and you'll receive your money back. My number one concern is keeping a good customer happy and having great customer service. If you happen to like anything else in my closet in the future, I'd be appreciative of your business. I guess all we can do now is wait on their response to the case. I'm sure you'll get the refund and we can just move forward with no hard feelings.

It's ok. I'm just relieved that you're one of the good ones. Thank you for responding and I hope you keep my closet in mind for future purchases. I really am a nice person, I've unfortunately just come across so many mean people out here that have done so many devious things. It makes me skeptical and hurts my feelings. It's a relief to know your intentions weren't maliciously and we had the chance to communicate even if it was after the fact. ☺
