Hi! I noticed you gave me a 4 star rating because the hood was not included. However, I show in the picture in that there is not a hood. And in the description I did not say there was a hood. Ratings are just very important and the 4 Stars bring down my rating.

@kimwilkens You’re correct in that it doesn’t mention a hood in the listing. Coats come with hoods though, and when someone asked specifically on the post you did not respond. I wanted to act quickly and not miss out. We live in Minnesota and my daughter hates that there is not a hood. She has actually gone back to wearing her old jacket from last year. I’ll change the rating, but maybe you should think about just being upfront and stating NO HOOD in description as well.
