catinajb @michellestclair Pit to pit is 17.5", the waist is 14.5" but is elastic where it ties so can expand another 2", top to bottom front hem is 35" and the back is 36". It's a little longer in the back.

michellestclair @frangang they denied our request that the price be adjusted. I liked the bag so I kept it. Even though the strap was worn. And not new. The funds should have been released to you by now. I would try contacting Poshmark if you haven’t gotten your money yet

michellestclair @frangang they gave me like a $15 credit for inconvenience …not the $50 I was hoping for that you agreed to as well. They said they don’t negotiate refunds or whatever. I still love the bag. I got a new strap for it and paid out of pocket for that.

frangang @michellestclair They canceled the transaction and sent you the credit to mail it back. I just got the notice that it was canceled and therefore would get the bag back. They sent you the money to send the bag back to me.

michellestclair I just double checked. I went to my purchases on the Poshmark app and it stated order complete. It would have said canceled if it was to be returned.

michellestclair Go to your sales and you can see I was charged over $169. So if you have any other issues with receiving the money, you will need to contact Poshmark support.

michellestclair @frangang what does it say when you go into your sales and look back at the transaction? Mine says order complete. What does yours say? If it says order complete that means the money should have been released to the seller.

michellestclair I’m trying to be helpful here. You should have received the payment a long time ago. It says it was completed on December 11th on my account.

michellestclair @frangang so I just looked again. In the details of the order it said it was auto-accepted by Poshmark on December 13th 4:50pm. That means Poshmark accepted the order on my behalf and released the funds, After I had disputed the strap not being in new condition. I had agreed to a $15 credit and told them I was keeping the bag. You should be able to see this too if you go to “my sales” click on the details of the transaction.
