fashionmews Sorry you were disappointed in the color of the Indigo sandals! They were freshly treated with a leather conditioner before they were photographed but took awhile to sell. If u have leather conditioner they should brighten right up for you. Sorry I didn't notice the color difference.

fashionmews @mernafish1 I read your updated rating that the shoes fell apart. They were structurally fine when I shipped them. So I'm not sure how I could have anticipated this occurrence. That being said, after commission I was paid 10 dollars and some change for the shoes I'd be happy to mail it back to you.

mernafish1 @fashionmews hi on site as I mentioned earlier I agree they looked great. However while walking,I looked down only to see the heel was falling apart. I can send you a photo once I get home as I had to tape them up to hold them together. Yes I would like a refund.

fashionmews @mernafish1 i will need your address since you are past your 3 days to inspect them or file a claim. I cant refund comission already paid to Poshmark. Again, you inspected them for soundness too and also found no issue. Not sure how you figure i should known.

mernafish1 @fashionmews you know what, no worries. I guess you pay for what you get. Clearly these shoes though not worn much are old, hence is why they’re falling apart. Yes to the eye they were fine but as soon as any pressure was applied they fell apart. Please just keep the money. As I’ve just learned a valuable lesson!

fashionmews @mernafish1 I disagree, for the money you spent you should have received something you could use.We both inspected them and did not see an issue.I think the lesson should be to use the 3 day inspection to walk around the house in them. That being said, I'm happy to refund you and sorry that the issues weren't obvious to either of us.

fashionmews @mernafish1 got it. After I paid for the shoes you bought from me, cleaned them, photographed them and shipped them I should also wear them for the 3 dollars profit I earned?. Sorry the fell apart but I've sold hundreds of pairs of shoes each year and maintain a 4.9 rating. You inspected the shoes same as me.. And if they were rotten one of us would have noticed. Still willing to mail you your 10 buck back.
