My mom send your package (she packed it as well) she said the strap was loose (I don’t remember being (loose) or removing it to wash it (it’s been a few years since I wore it) so if the dress is damaged let me know so I can reimburse you the money, I’m so sorry , she told me after the package was sent 😒
