@mvlasic hi I received your feedback regarding topshop origami top. I am sorry the item was in my storage for awhile. I never got to use item and never realized that it had an issue. I wouldn’t have sold if I knew about issue. I totally understand that you want to return and I would gladly accepit. I want my customers to be satisfied with the item they purchase. I just don’t know how to communicate and resolve order after acceptance and don’t know to go about refund once funds are released. .

Hi there-
I am fairly new to poshmark and completely forgot about hunting for you as an item in your closet to message you directly. I did go to your closet to try to find a different way of communicating- I am sorry for that! I can change my review and I am happy to do that. It is my fault that I didn’t inspect the clothing closer so I understand if poshmark does not have a solution for this. I appreciate you looking into it as it was a $30 purchase with shipping.

@mvlasic thank you! I am waiting for poshmark’s response to my email yesterday. They replied with automated response that it will take 24 hrs or longer (they say they are transitioning to new email service) I wish there was an easier way we can communicate in poshmark so we can resolve this faster. I’ll keep you updated. Thank you for your patience
