Michelle, this is Terry Watkins. You bought the Brighton Gainsville from me this morning. I was getting it ready to ship and I noticed that it was not running. I put a new battery in but it's still not ticking. I am going to cancel the order since I don't want to send you a defective watch. I will need to take it to a jewelers and see what the matter is.
