olivia_moderne Hi Michelle, thank you so much for your purchase of the Coach Riding Boots in Saddle Brown. I pulled it out of my closet after preparing the shipping label only to find some flaws. I forgot that I wore these one time so the original listing is incorrect and should not have been marked brand new. There is wear to the sole of the heel. There are also some natural aberrations in the leather that the camera isn't picking up well but I tried to capture in three separate listings with new photos.

your_fashions Hello darling. I just started to pack your boots and noticed my son was smoking in the same room they were stored!! I am livid right now!! He is 26 years old. I am so sorry. Please let me know. The boots should be fine because they are in the boxes but I don't want to guarantee that because I do not have good smelling abilities from my nerve damage. Please let me know. olivia_moderne Hi Michelle. Thanks for your patience. So there is no way for me to issue a partial refund of $20 at this point in the transaction because I haven't been paid yet by the company. The company is in receivership of your funds and I only get paid later on after the item has been shipped. I don't control the funds at any point because the company is the middleman. (Contd)

olivia_moderne I also don't have any of your information because it is against the rules to take any part of the transaction outside of the platform. It's deliberately designed that way. I'm learning these rules, the same as you, for the first time. This transaction has been a learning experience. Apparently the transaction can only be completed (i.e. I ship them out) or canceled. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

I’ve had a couple do that over the last couple of years. Then the tracking shows up once it arrives... So, I promise I didn’t forget about you! Our post office said Columbus is slammed and there are piles sitting. 😳 Lots of workers on quarantine, etc. I hope it shows up in the next day or so for you. It’s coming from Ohio.

She said they are hand sorting things in Columbus & have trailers full of things to get sorted. 😳 They are planning to go pick their packages up Sunday themselves from Columbus to being back to our post office. Craziness!
