sleon382 @seamonm66 I have to see this, was the dress balled up when you recieved it?...this was my daughters and it was hanging in a closet, where is the dirt?.. you have not accepted it yet so you money never went to me. you should be able to click on the spot where it says accept or return and you can hit the return/ order problem button. Im a veteran with just about bad everything and I need to see the dirt to return it to the cleaners.

sleon382 @seamonm66 Man, i'm so hurt by this because i don't remember seeing any dirt on this item. Also was it wrinkled, or just messy?I know the wrapping supplies were gone. Also you have a 35 dollar credit for anything in my closet.

seamonm66 @sleon382 The dress was folded in a box wrapped in newspaper. There were black stains on the dress as well as piling. Looked very used and uncared for.

sleon382 @seamonm66 I will be honest, and say that I usually wrap in wrapping paper but i was out of those supplies, I think i sent a note as well. So do the stains look like they could have come from the news paper? No matter the customer is always right and i ask that you please accept my apology. please let me make this up to you by using the 35.00 credit I have offered. Remember I have not taken you money and I ask that you do not rate me negatively.

seamonm66 @sleon382 it’s possible that it might be newspaper print. Mostly in front and armpits. Even though the dress was folded it was super wrinkled. Did not look anything like the nice picture you posted. I did get your note. I’m waiting to hear from PM regarding the refund.

sleon382 @seamonm66 wow that is a lesson learned from me with news paper but i was completely out of wrapping paper. i can remove just about any stain from most and piece of clothing. Im so sorry Michelle, when I get the dress I will re-post once I clean it. Does it have sweat stains or deodorant stains at the armpit?

sleon382 @seamonm66 Michelle im looking at the pics I took of the dress. The second pic is a close up of the material so you can see the material. when i pulled it out of storage i thought for sure this is a 5 star rating but i cannot explain it other than the news paper which is my fault

seamonm66 @sleon382 I’ve submitted two reports including pictures to Poshmark support. The only reason I sent 2 reports is because I haven’t heard back from the first report thus far.. It states that you may be able to see my remarks and pictures. That will be the only way I can show you before you receive the garment back.

sleon382 @seamonm66 They have the reports and they also have my explanation about the possibility of news paper bleeding onto the dress. I also explained that i almost never run out of shipping supplies but I have recently. so we are all set once they get to it
