I babysit my 2 grandchildren, sell on another platform, have two one year old German shepherds that have a lot of energy plus all the household stuff so I don’t get to list as much as I want to. Not making excuses lol! It’s just a lot to juggle sometimes. 🤪

Not In Chicago, but in the suburbs, Lake county, DuPage county and McHenry County. I lived in Kenosha, WI for 17 years & we just moved to Mount Pleasant a little over a year ago. WOW!!! When did your husband play for the Sox!?! That's SO cool! Even though my family are Cubs fans lol! I never got into baseball so I don't take sides lol!

piggyann1960 I knew the one in the cart wasn't yours but it's hilarious! 😂 Thor is ONLY 17 months?? Wow! He's big AND gorgeous! He almost looks silver and black. Zara is just a baby? I'm thinking she's going to get as big as Thor. Chewy.com is a cheaper way to get food. 😄 I feed Blue Buffalo and it's kept my babies healthy and with us for 18 & 19 years. Our Maxwell just left us in October 2018 at 19. Miss him down to our souls every day. Grand babies are pretty fun too! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

You sound like me the day I started my closet! 🤣 I was going crazy trying to keep up by following & sharing back! When you start your closet you're going to want to do that a few times a day and share your closet as much as you can, minimum 3x's per day, but I would do it a lot more when you first start out.

uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 Thor is very big and that pic is from last summer!! He's 85lbs now and will probably be. about 90-95lbs by his 2nd bday. Zara has big paws and thick legs just like Thor did. But since she's a female she'll probably top out at 60-65lbs, but we'll see!! Thor is a Sable German shepherd, and thank you, I agree he is gorgeous! He's a gentle giant! He's amazing with my grandchildren! They are obsessed with him as well! I have Taste of the Wild dog food on auto ship from Chewy lol!

uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 My mom has a long hair Dachshund & she's awesome! I've always liked big dogs! But their life expectancy is a lot shorter, which is hard. They're like my children, just ask my kids!! 🤣🤣I thought you thought the dog in the cart was Zara cuz she looks just like her! 😊 Losing a pet is SO hard! I feel for you! I lost my Rottweiler, Diezel, January of 2018. He was 9.5yrs old, but the avg life span for a Rott is 8-10yrs, so he lived his life, and had a good spoiled one at that!

I have a spare bedroom that is "my studio" for pics and all my inventory before it is listed. I also have a office I my home that has my desk, a computer, printer and all my shipping supplies, so it's also my shipping station. My basement, both the finished part and the unfinished part, are for inventory that is listed.

I need to start selling instead of buying (which I did again yesterday!) but the surgery is the priority. So, at 3 a.m. this morning I'm looking at the display items I want! 😊 I've settled on a full female mannequin and got a great price. I want to go back on and look at a couple other things. He knows how obsessed I am about customer service; it's THE #1 important thing to me. He doesn't want to see me stress out if I were to miss a message, an offer or worse; shipping out immediately. Honestly, I would probably wait until after surgery and your in the condition to run your closet. You can make up to 15 drafts and save them on here. Then they are all ready to go and all you have to do is hit the list button.

piggyann1960 I'm having my 4th surgery and final as this is the last thing available to fix the damage 10+ yrs of opioids did. I fell and fractured my upper spine so of course pill after pill until acid reflux was so bad it nearly burned through my esophagus. So I said enough and had a pain pump put in that automatically delivers the meds into my spine only.

piggyann1960 Well, the damage was already done and I've suffered most of the last 5+ years. The other surgeries worked long enough for my esophagus to heal thank God. In December they reversed the 3rd repair and I have had to wait 6 months for it to heal. Now I finally will have this procedure and I will be better than I've been in years... with lots of Prayers. 🙏

piggyann1960 @shoptilyadrop12 It's on my stomach. All the years of pain meds ruined where I get chronic hiatal hernias and caused one of the worst cases of reflux (avg score 14, I am 54) they've ever seen. I nearly to had to sleep sitting straight up and between the 2 afflictions, sometimes food couldn't get into my stomach. When I had the burnt spot in my esophagus, when food got caught it felt like I was having a heart attack!

piggyann1960 @shoptilyadrop12 This final procedure is a gastric bypass. It's nearly guaranteed to get rid of the reflux. I'll have to change the way I eat for the rest of my life but if it gives me a better quality of life, it's definitely going to be worth it! 😊

Within 10 after getting to my room after recovery I was on my feet and using the bathroom. I'd had 2 bags of fluids already and I was about to burst like a balloon!! I wasn't about to sit on a bed pan! 🙄😖 I'm so excited because I know the procedure is going to work. I have the faith!! 😇 I'll talk to you soon. 🤗

After my hysterectomy last year I wasn’t suppose to lift anything more than 10lbs or push a vacuum, carry laundry up & down stairs, etc. for 3 weeks. Well, that lasted 2 days! But, you on the other hand, better listen to drs orders!

piggyann1960 @shoptilyadrop12 I had my hysterectomy at 27 yrs old and went back to work 1 week later. I lifted too much and ripped the internal sutures and bloated like I was pregnant. The pain was excruciating!! I remember that like it was yesterday. 😖 I behaved myself and rested the whole time. I had enough to deal with where pain was concerned but I ended up bloating bad. I may have to get checked if that doesn't go away soon. 😓😥

piggyann1960 @shoptilyadrop12 The part about the pain and bloating was about this surgery. I feel like I could stick a needle in my abdomen and let all the air out. I'm still bloated 6 hrs later. I behaved myself and rested all day and when I did get up I took it slow and easy. Maybe a GasX would help. I'll have to let my doc know on Monday if it keeps happening. I'm about ready to burst! I promise I'll take care of myself.

piggyann1960 I've got a troubling problem I want your take. I finally got 14 items listed & someone ask about the black wristlet and the Minicci wallet but contact them by email. I was curious so I did. They're offering the list price for each + $50 more for each to hold on to them until the cashiers check clears. Of course that wanted all my mailing info, etc. Of course I told them that I wouldn't do that and wanted to know why they wanted to do it this way. Their answer was "they prefer it this way." OMG!

uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 OMG, I forgot to tell you about that!! That happened to me about 15 minutes after I listed my very first item! It's a scam and you need to report them to Posh! They will immediately delete their account! I didn't know that the first time either and asked my friend who sells and that's what she told me too. Just go to their closet and click the 3 dots next to Follow and click the report user option from drop down menu

I was in banking for over 20 years & I remember when that first started happening. I had so many customers that got taken! Especially the young ones & the senior citizens. I have a video doorbell and we've been planning on getting guns for a while, so I'm not afraid to be home alone either lol! I would never do this, but I could honestly leave my grandkid's in the front yard with my Shepherds and NO ONE would come near them! Thor is a gentle giant and loves them, but I have no doubt that he would fiercely protect them!

My Dachshund tried to depants a guy one time!! Lmao! 🏃🏾‍♂️🐕 We had a pot bellied pig that was 150# 🐖 (they're not meant to we stay the size of a cat!). Snoots was highly and dangerously protective of us and HER dogs. She attacked our friends dog when he was visiting. It scared the 💩 out of all of us!!

I sell mostly hard goods on there, as that's where I got my start selling online. I cross post some things from here too, but I keep mainly to hard goods

I purposely bundle to save money on price and shipping but I've noticed a few people that will send offers separately anyway. I very nicely declined 2 offers and let her know that the items she's sending offers separately are in a bundle and I get paid tomorrow so I would decide about an offer then. I needed to grab your hand when you offered it and knew I was ready a month ago. I spent too much buying from Poshers, but I also spent $240 buying more high end purses. uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 Sending offers to likers & on bundles is a must for sellers. So, that's why you're getting both when you bundle. When a seller sends an offer to likers it goes to all likers for that item, even if some likers started a bundle. We can't pick n choose whom receives it.

uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 Also, when you get new likes on items & send an offer, likers that already received an offer will not receive the offer you're sending to new likers unless it's 10% less or more &/or it's been over 30 days since they received your last offer. When you receive individual offers for items you bundled, just ignore them and let them ride.

uniquetochic12 @piggyann1960 I do the same thing! If everything I have to list was listed I'd probably be making thousands per week lol! Yes, I have THAT much! Listing is time consuming, so don't set goals for yourself that are too high and set yourself up for failure and disappointment. Taking the photo's, doing the research, coming up with descriptions and listing items...then putting your items away. When you start making sales, add packing and shipping to that list!

I may have to send hundreds of offers to get one sale, but that's what you need to do!

So I did it through the site, got everything filled in but when I tried numerous times to list, it couldn't load my pics. It's so much faster to do it live! I'm using my Galaxy Note 9.

It’s ALWAYS a different color!! My aunt can’t get over that every time she sees me my hairs a diff color! But for the last year it’s been Purple or pink or both!

piggyann1960 @shoptilyadrop12 I reset my phone camera so it's a 1:1 ratio and that's the right size. I got all the pics done, put them into the app, filled everything out and realized I lacked 2 pics. I took them in the app and all pics loaded. I guess having the ratio corrected made the mb the right size for the app. Sweet! Now I can kick ass on getting listings done faster! 😀

piggyann1960 Oops... 3800 more Self shares and 13 more sales. I climbed to 79% towards Ambassador after a lot of shares and a 5☆ rating from my sale. I'm working as much as I can. I inherited my parents farmstead and my siblings threw stuff everywhere moving the big stuff. Plus the house not being totally cleaned behind/under appliances and furniture in YEARS. It will take us all winter and spring to get move in ready. We only have 3-4 hrs on a weekend we go there. A lot going on.

She reciprocated and shared some of mine and thanked me for the shares. Today she liked 4 items. It had been 5 hrs when I finally caught up to it so I sent discounted prices and shipping. I do that for everyone.

piggyann1960 I get msgs on all 4 from Poshmark saying I needed to give a lower price even though I actually gave more than a 10% on each + the 15% on 3 items bundle discount. I went to send the Posher a msg letting her know I sent the offers. It wouldn't go through. I tried again then tried to share her closet. That wouldn't work either so it seems she blocked me. We've only shared back and forth so it makes no sense.

When our only contact has been sharing each other's closets and then she liked 4 of my items, it makes no sense. The only reason it bothers me is because I didn't do anything to deserve it. piggyann1960 Okay, before you give up on the sandals do one more thing. Measure the bottom of one of your favorite sandals. I'll measure these and we'll know for sure. When I finally broke down and bought the white & red sandals that's what the Posher asked me to do. I almost passed them up but the measurements were dead on so I bought them. It's the only way we'll know for sure.

I believe the house was in the Des Plaines, Niles area of IL which is a Chicago Suburb it was kept in a Marshall fields hat box which I also have but haven’t listed yet. Sorry that I don’t know more about it, but I hope this helps!
