ndienek I'm so sorry about this mix up. Where it asks to accept the package, open a case on the grounds of wrong item. Posh will send a label to you, all you have to do is put the label on the box and send it, it will go directly to the correct buyer, the other buyer has your scarf and it will send it the same way, so make sure you open the case then keep a check in email for the mailing label, as soon as you get it, print it and send it.

rudyrod82 @ndienek so after I accept the product does it give me the option about wrong item? I don't see it. I leave on vacation on Friday for 9 days. How long does this take?

ndienek @rudyrod82 the option to open a case where it asks you to accept the package, you won't actually accept it, you click on problem with order or package then just comment that you got the wrong item.

ndienek @rudyrod82 ok, no worries, I've informed them as well, we will get it handled. I have a darker purple wrap here in stock. I will send it tomorrow to you, just to make sure you have one for vacay, and as a gift to you for my mistake.

ndienek @rudyrod82 9405503699300024530889 is the tracking number for the purple one that I'm sending out to you tomorrow, it 2 day priority so Thursday at the latest. Please let me know if Poshmark sends you a label tomorrow for the box you got today, if they don't I will get your email and send you a prepaid label so you can send the box to the other buyer if you don't mind.

ndienek I need to get your email to send you a label to send the items back to me that were for the other buyer, Poshmark is allowing her to send your scarf back to me instead of to you since she requested a refund. I will send the boho wrap to you as soon as she ships it back but I need the Nike bundle back or I lose the sell and the clothes. I'm so sorry for all of this mix up.
