opulent_outlet @kacy030 Hi I know, I bought 2 of their diamond necklaces. One is the palm tree, pics on their website make them look bigger/better diamonds. But came teensy tiny, in hindsight extremely over priced,chains they are on very thin & tiny. I based my offer on that & because they are worn & singles. I’m willing to do $275, I would not be reselling them,I’m in the same boat on my necklaces. Sorry, I absolutely am not trying to be rude, just kind of real from my own opinion & hope I don’t offend. 😊

kacy030 @opulent_outlet yes i have the floating diamond necklace and am scared to wear it sometimes (although i did sleep in and wear 24/7 for 3 months in summer) but it was around $415? But yes they replace, even if you lose something say the clasp was acting up/ or chain snapped and fell etc… you can file a claim.
