confessional @michikamin i dropped it off today. there's nothing to update on my end as the post office handles it from here. you'll get a notification once it's scanned by USPS, but again, please be mindful of delays as shipments have been scanning later than usual. thanks!

confessional @michikamin once it's scanned, poshmark will send you the tracking information via email. again there are delays, so some packages are taking days to get scanned. packages i shipped monday, only got scanned today (Wednesday), others took even longer, so please be patient.

michikamin @confessional I made an order the same day made by you and she dropped it off at the post office today and I already have tracking so I don't really now how it's possible that you dropped off an order without getting a tracking # it does not make sense at all, you live in NY that's where I live and with ground shipping it takes latest 3 days I am not left to purchase another jacket I guess next time I'll order from someone more reliable.

I have been nothing but polite & attentive to your concerns when I have a whole nother life outside of this to deal with...

confessional @michikamin and that's why I try to be kind on jere b/c you don't know what others are going thru. 2ndly, I'm not shipping from NY. also, posh emails me a label w/ a tracking # in a pdf, so there's no easy way to copy it. I never said there isn't a tracking # b/c of course there has to be one to ship it. 4th, I'm one person & can't monitor or control an entire public postal system. and the postal center by me may be more overwhelmed than others...

confessional therefore, just because another order shipped quickly that doesn't mean all will. I have orders from 1-2 weeks ago still in transit, some delivered today & othere have long been delivered. there are multiple factors at play w/ the different delivery times & I was upfront with you about the delays & that I can't guarantee when the item will deliver because I'm not USPS; I'm one person w/ a small reselling business who doesn't have sway w/ USPS.

confessional @michikamin it also says on my account that i have an average 1 day ship time, which poshmark calculates & its not something i can fabricate & further proves I ship reliably & timely. For someone w/ a longer ship time as you have, you could also be more understanding & show the same patience I'm sure others have shown you. I don't know what you think is going on, but I *honestly* shipped the coat. If you encounter delays, please contact posh support.
