fkarassy @wicklineco I canceled it because I accidentally accepted the payment of $15 since I didn't see that the other shirt was included. I just shipped the package and I added a brow gel to hopefully substitute for the third eyeshadow. I am very sorry, I'm not sure how I misplaced it.

wicklineco @fkarassy I have no use for a brow gel. I have serious allergies and have to be extremely cautious about ingredients. This should have been resolved fairly before you shipped since you are unable to send what I agreed to purchase. Which shadow is missing?

wicklineco I do understand how easy an error like that can be made, so were it to ever happen again, I recommend contacting the buyer instead of ignoring messages. Sales are supposed to be binding. It really isn't nice to cancel with no explanation or alternative offer.

fkarassy @wicklineco I'm sorry about that, I thought I made it clear why I deleted it by commenting on this post of yours. The medium shade is gone so you have the light one and the darker one. If I could give you your money back I would've, but since I couldn't, I put an extra accessory in there (Im sorry that it will not be much use to you) I am truly sorry about all of the complications and hope you still like what was shipped!
