I just saw the two star rating you gave me for the mini backpack but I clearly state on the description the measurements of the backpack. I think it’s unfair that you gave me a two star rating when it’s clearly not my fault that you just “assume” without reading the description on my listing.

Otherwise you can contact support, or wait till they respond to me. I just messaged them as soon as i saw this so I’ll let you know ASAP.

Select the Account Tab (@username)
Select My Purchases
Select your order
Select Problems/Order Inquiry
Select Order Not as Described
Select a reason for the return.
Add images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return.
Select Submit

@mich_c_ okay so they answered me. They said that unfortunately once the funds are released they cannot do anything unless you reach out to them directly. Do you know how to do that? If not I can instruct you. Not sure why you adjusted my rating as I’m trying to correct this for you as quickly as I can.

I changed the rating back but this is a huge hassle after being late. I appreciate your help but if you checked the jacket before you sent it out and tried it out you would know .

When you go to your purchases and click the jacket order, then select problem with order, does it still give you the option to choose “item not as described “ and then submit for a return? If not, i let let you know the next best way to reach out to them for your refund. I wish I could just do it myself. I apologize again for that.

Support@poshmark.com with order number, photos clearly showing the issue as described and details explaining the issue.
I’m so sorry again. I really wish they would let me do it for you or let you do it automatically but they appear to have it locked down once it passes that 72 hour mark. Let me know once you email them. If they ask me I will do everything I can.
