Hey Michelle i’m million out my orders in a little bit and I’m wrapping up yours right now I was wondering if you minded the South Plant not coming in a box it is completely brand new never been touched or ‘swatched’ but I have a lot of the ABH ‘vaults’ and the palettes just come new in the vaults slots without the boxes if that’s fine with you I can mail it out today if not would you let me know and I can get one in the box but it will take a few days

@micheaaa I buy all my products straight from Ulta I do not use them I have all the make up I could ever want I do not have a small product all my make up is bought 100% authentic and brand new

@micheaaa i’m just assuring you that it has never been used by me not by anybody however you’re welcome to open a case but when Posh Mart gets involved they’re going to make you return everything and once I get all my items back only going to use everything is pretty messy do you whatever you feel most comfortable with but the only thing I can tell you is it’s never been used it was bought straight from Ulta about two days after you ordered it

@micheaaa The only thing I can think of is I do check the products to make sure that they’re in perfect condition it’s the only time I ever take any of the make up out of their boxes... before I mail your out I looked at it the items and take pics of everything before mailing out

Do something like this or even putting you in the same category as women who do this!!) but I’ve been doing this for eight years and every once in a while I get a girl who gets their order and they don’t like shade of the foundation or concealer or bronzer etc that they ordered

@micheaaa so they claim something wrong it’s been used, it’s missing the lid/brush/top, it’s broken ectect. All because they didn’t like the shade and instead of telling me and letting me just Letting me send them another shade in exchange for the one they didn’t like

@micheaaa so they open a case of Posh claiming all stuff is faulty/used) so that’s why I always take photos of the products right before I mail them... maybe one of my hairs got on it while I was checking and taking pic lol Lord I have a loins mane of hair past my waist lol so I can easily see how I may have screwed up and one of my hairs got on it.

You can keep the current one and I will takeoff however much it costs from your next order OR I will mail you a NARS new lip satin in the same shade? If I was you I would take the product up to Ulta and get a Store credit The retail value of that I wanna say is $32?
