I fell I package my items nicely with the tissue paper, ribbon and a thank you card and when I shipped the item there was not a hole at all that I seen! I'm very upset that I got my first bad rating! :( if you would like to return the item and get your money back I'm 100% fine with that? Again I'm extremely sorry!

whiteboard1111 I’d ceecee be happy to subtract the cost of the pencil from a bundle. Otherwise it would cost me money to ship it. Example; you buy an item for 7$ and add the pencil. Total cost is 10$ you deduct the 3$. And I ship the item. Hope that helps.

As far as a “hood” missing I spoke with the original owner and there never was a hood, but they did state it used to have a fur collar that was lost at some point. Had I known I would’ve took pics or pointed that out in my description. My apologies. At this point, I reached out to Poshmark to provide you with a $4 refund for the coat.
