@mobst215 You need to bring this up with Poshmark support. Go under My Purchases, find the purchase in question, and click on problems/inquiries. There you should be able to tell the people who work at Poshmark what is happening. As soon as a purchase it made, the seller receives and email from Poshmark with a mailing label. The seller can also go under "my sales" and download a copy of the mailing label. Good luck.
