d_hastings Hi Michelle, you just purchased a pair of MK jeans from me. The tag clearly says stretch on them, I never tried them on and was describing them as the tag said. If you are unhappy with them please feel free to return them. I feel the rating was really unfair. I try to be honest with all my items..

It will agree with the buyers dispute and will cancel the sale and provide a refund, or B. Agree with the Seller and communicate to the buyer that the sale is final. Poshmark has reviewed the listing and information provided for the dispute and has appeared to have made a decision. The sale was cancelled and a refund was provided.
