d_hastings Hi Michelle, you just purchased a pair of MK jeans from me. The tag clearly says stretch on them, I never tried them on and was describing them as the tag said. If you are unhappy with them please feel free to return them. I feel the rating was really unfair. I try to be honest with all my items..

denamariesta69 This is the longest it has ever taken for something to arrive. I ship quickly 99% of the time ;) and mailed the cardigan 11/5 as you can see per the tracking. Should not take 4 days. 789321mello @purpleguppy When a purchase is delivered and it’s disputed, Poshmark handles it only two ways. A. It will agree with the buyers dispute and will cancel the sale and provide a refund, or B. Agree with the Seller and communicate to the buyer that the sale is final. Poshmark has reviewed the listing and information provided for the dispute and has appeared to have made a decision. The sale was cancelled and a refund was provided.
